What happens if an event is cancelled?

Its is very rare that we have to cancel an event, but in that scenario we would issue an immediate refund for all money paid. There really is only 2 reasons that an event could possibly be cancelled 1. Weather, although it only rains 40 days a year in Benidorm and many times it clears by the afternoon. Even if it is raining all our events go ahead as we have indoor facilities and everyone still wants to party. 2. An event hasn't sold many tickets. Even then we put on the event but only as long as it would live up to expectations as we know you are looking forward to your planned events and so as long as we can entertain you we don't cancel. It comes down to this do we cancel an event and disappoint you or do we put on an event that doesn't live up to expectations and disappoint you even more, where you could have opted for something else.

Can anyone join you're events/activities if we're not a hen/stag?
